3. We commit to reviewing all your inputs and regularly taking steps to change how we process data to meet your reasonable expectations. Our team will brainstorm on your inputs at least twice a year and may update this privacy policy accordingly.

You provide us with your personal data because you want us to help you set, share, and enforce your Privacy Choices, as well as to support a user-centric privacy monitoring and commercial self-targeting approach—replacing 24/7 tracking by sharing your specific interests and potential buying intentions. 6. We rely on these terms to process your personal data and, legally speaking, on 'the necessity to perform a contract to which you are a party' (article 6-1-b of the GDPR). We do our best to summarize these terms here and invite you to share any comments you might have.

7. We are a free service for users, and always will be. ID side will never process your personal data for behavioral advertising purposes. We will respect the Privacy Choices and preferences you set on our platform and, if you choose to use our extension, will also share those with third parties.

8. We do not collect information about you from other sources. If needed to improve the design, UX, or UI of our platform, we may aggregate all ID side users' activity data, choices, or preferences to obtain real-time, de-identified statistics.

9. We adhere to the data minimization principle (for instance, we only ask for your email and a password to create an account). We will ask any partner to do the same. If you flag discounts or special offers and click on a link to buy an identified product, we will neither profile you nor share your activity data with third parties.

10. The personal data we collect from you is strictly relevant to our mission. If you wish to see the full list, please do so. If you have any observations, please contact us.

11. ID side includes algorithmic features designed to help you find relevant content according to the privacy choices you set. We provide a specific set of controls that you can configure in your personal account.

12. Should any Artificial Intelligence (AI) underlayer be added to ID side's algorithmic features, additional targeted information and controls will be provided to ensure transparency and control.

13. You can monitor ID side notifications.

14. We retain your personal information until you delete it or close your ID side account. Once done, no personal data about you will be retained—only aggregated statistical data will persist.

15. We store all your personal data in the EU.

16. We conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate security risks so that your data remains safe with us.

17. You can exercise your rights at any time by contacting dpo@idside.eu, but please consider sharing any concerns with us first so that it benefits all ID side users.

18. If you have interacted with us and still wish to file a complaint with a competent Data Protection Authority (DPA) in the EU, please do so.
